Security Deposit

Please be aware that a refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The full deposit amount will be promptly refunded within 12-24 hours after check-out. However, in the event of any damage, unauthorised parties, or loss of a parking permit, a partial or full deduction from the security deposit may be necessary. The ground floor presents an open-plan layout where the kitchen seamlessly blends into the dining and living area, featuring fully retractable patio doors opening onto the lawned garden and patio area.


The kitchen and dining space draw in natural light, creating a fresh and spacious atmosphere. The modern kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances, including a fridge-freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, and coffee machine. Ample cooking utensils and tableware are provided for a gathering of six.


The dining area accommodates up to 6 people with an extendable table, complemented by a large comfy corner settee in front of a TV with access to your Netflix and Amazon accounts via the free Wi-Fi broadband internet.


A separate cosy living room seats up to 4, with another Smart TV and features an attractive electric fire.


The ground floor also boasts a modern, stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.


On the first floor, discover three good-sized bedrooms and a family bathroom with a full-sized corner bath and a separate shower.

  • The master bedroom offers a comfortable space with a double bed and spacious built-in wardrobes.

  • Bedroom Two has two single beds that can be pushed together if desired.

  • Bedroom Three features cosy bunk beds, ideal for younger guests.

All bedrooms are supplied with hotel-grade linen and thick lofty duvets, ensuring a comfortable stay. Sheets and towels are provided freshly laundered.


The property comes with its own driveway, offering parking space for one car, and there is ample free on-road parking available.
